Lagree & Hero Board:
In order to use the Megaformer during your Lagree session, you’ll need a pair of grip socks (also available for purchase at the desk), comfortable sportswear, and a water bottle.
Bodyroll:
In order to use the machine, you’ll need an additional pair of fresh socks, comfortable sportswear that will allow the rolls to slide off. Make sure to bring your water bottle too, as staying hydrated is essential for effective lymphatic drainage.

Booking a class is very simple. First, you need to purchase some credits to redeem in our studios (1 session equals 1 credit). You can either purchase one credit for a single session, or a pack of up to 20 credits here. Then, choose a class that suits you and book a spot. You can book and manage your attendance either on the website in the profile section or in our app.
The class that you want to attend is already booked out? No worries, you can always add yourself to the waitlist. Shall a spot become available, you’ll receive an automatic notification.
In order to cancel your booking, head to the “Bookings” tab in the app or to the account section on our website, then choose the class you want to cancel and confirm your choice. If you cancel up to 12h before the start of the session, the credit will be reinstated to your account for later use. If you cancel in less than 12h before the start, your credit will be lost.
Please note it is not accepted to be late. If you are late to the class you won’t be allowed to enter and therefore the credit will be lost.
