Grip Socks
During the session, you must wear grip socks. Training with shoes, regular socks or barefoot is not allowed. You can also purchase a pair in our studio.
Sportswear
Make sure to pick comfortable sportswear for your session. The participation in regular street clothes is not permitted.
Water Bottle
Please remember to bring a drinking bottle to stay hydrated during your workout. You can fill your bottle with fresh water in our studio.
Fresh Socks
Make sure to bring an additional pair of fresh regular socks for your Bodyroll session. You are not allowed to exercise in the socks you've came in or barefoot.
Sportswear
Make sure to pick comfortable sportswear to roll in. The best effect is achieved when the rolls can easily slide off your clothing.

Bring your drinking bottle! Staying well-hydrated is essential for an effective Bodyroll session, since the machines provide lymphatic drainage.
